About Jeremy Kaplan
Jeremy Kaplan was born in Philadelphia and raised in the Bucks County suburbs. After graduating from The University of Arizona with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Marketing, Jeremy returned to Philadelphia to earn a graduate degree at Drexel University in Public Policy and Sustainable Green Construction. His research focused on Transit Oriented Development, Transit Reinvestment Districts and Mayor Michael Nutter’s Greenworks Sustainability Plan. Jeremy’s research solidified his passion for the revitalization of the City of Philadelphia and encouraged him to begin his career in real estate.
In this period of economic growth and focus on sustainability within the city, Jeremy wants to help his clients ma ke smart investments to create a strong foundation for their future. Jeremy believes that real estate is the foundation for a strong financial future and one of the best investments anyone can make.
Jeremy began to realize his own real estate dream when he and his beautiful wife Emily purchased their first home in Fishtown in 2013. Along with their Pomeranian-Poodle Lily, they enjoy exploring all that the city has to offer including art galleries, and restaurants as well as cultural and sporting events throughout the year.
